How Our Annual Maintenance Plan Works

When you take advantage of our Annual Roof Maintenance (ARM) Program, you pay once a year for our services, and our team comes out to your home or business twice a year—once in spring and once in the fall—to inspect your roof, seal vents, seal lifted shingles, seal exposed nails, clean debris from your roof & gutters, and make minor repairs as necessary. While we are there, if any major repair needs to be done, we provide it at a discounted price.

Of course, should you need repairs outside of your regular scheduled maintenance with us, we can accommodate you. In fact, as part of our ARM Program, you are now our exclusive member and receive priority storm inspections, emergency services, and repair work.

Why It’s Essential to Maintain Your Roof

Roof inspections are crucial for maintaining the longevity and safety of your property. Regular inspections help identify potential issues like leaks, damaged shingles, or structural weaknesses before they escalate into costly repairs. They are especially valuable after severe weather or as part of routine maintenance. Early detection extends roof life, improves energy efficiency, and protects against water damage and other hazards. Investing in periodic inspections ensures peace of mind and long-term savings. Damage on roofing systems doesn’t typically happen overnight. More often than not, the damage that leads to major structural problems or to a leak inside your home has existed for a while. By having your roof inspected regularly by professionals who know the signs of impending damage, you can catch damage early before it has a chance to jeopardize the safety of your property or the lifespan of your roofing system, ultimately saving you time, stress and money.

Key Takeaways for being on an Annual Roof Maintenance Plan:

Early Problem Identification

Catching small issues like leaks or missing shingles early can prevent major damage and reduce repair costs.

Informed Maintenance & Repair Decisions

Inspections provide data for proactive maintenance, saving time and money compared to reactive repairs.

The Value of Regular Inspections

Routine roof inspections act as a cost-effective quality assurance measure, extending roof life and preventing future problems.

Prioritizing Roof Health

Roof inspections are critical to overall building health and maintenance planning.
